Our services are performed for Oil and Gas Companies, Residential and Commercial Developers, Industrial Plants and Refineries, Utility Companies, Construction Companies, Financial Institutions, Engineering and Architectural Firms, Aerial Photography Companies, as well as Private Individuals. 

Management oversight, which effect Surveying procedures, are conservatively established and rigidly maintained, so as to minimize the possibility of releasing erroneous or incomplete survey work.

In Surveying, as in many other businesses, the necessity to maintain an acceptable level of quality control precludes large or frequent changes in staffing. During the past, Pinnell Survey,has maintained a capacity to place up to 3 three-man parties in the field without the need to hire and indoctrinate new employees. 

Technological advances in electronics over the past 25 years have resulted in new types of equipment which have substantially impacted the field surveying procedure.  Boundary corners, pipelines and underground cables are more readily located with magnetic devices; angles and distances are measured with greater speed and accuracy with electronic total stations; and data is more conveniently recorded with data collectors and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). The new equipment items are clearly cost-effective and therefore are included as standard equipment for our survey crews.
